Policy
Cancellation Policy
Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies only to Phoenix Chronicle digital subscriptions and Chronicle-related account access. It does not apply to physical Phoenix Planner products or other non-Chronicle purchases.
Free Plan
Chronicle may offer a free plan that does not require billing information. You may stop using the free plan at any time.
Paid Subscription Renewals
Paid Chronicle subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal charges are billed using the payment method associated with your subscription.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Chronicle subscription at any time by following the billing portal link provided with your purchase and entering the email address used to subscribe. If you cannot access the billing portal, contact support@phoenixplanner.com.
How to Pause
If your billing portal offers a pause option, you may use that option through the portal. Any pause will take effect according to the timing and options shown there.
Effect of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in the billing portal or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund charges already paid. Your paid access generally continues through the end of the current billing period and then ends unless you re-subscribe or remain eligible for a free plan.
Effect of Pause
If a pause option is offered and selected, billing and access effects will follow the billing portal terms presented to you at the time of the pause request.
Contact
Questions about cancellation or pause requests should be sent to support@phoenixplanner.com.
