Policy
Refund Policy
Scope
This Refund Policy applies only to Phoenix Chronicle digital subscriptions and Chronicle-related digital access offered by Phoenix Planner. It does not apply to physical Phoenix Planner products, printed journals, shipping, or other non-Chronicle purchases.
No Refunds
All Chronicle purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This includes charges for the current billing period, prior billing periods, and any partial period remaining after you cancel or pause your subscription.
Cancellation to Avoid Future Charges
You may avoid future renewal charges by canceling your paid Chronicle subscription through the billing portal link provided with your purchase email. You must use the same email address that was used to subscribe.
Pause Requests
If your billing portal offers a pause option, you may use that option there. A pause does not create a refund right for charges already processed.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a timely cancellation, contact support@phoenixplanner.com promptly with the email address used for purchase and the details of the issue so we can review it.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us about a billing issue, we may suspend or limit access to Chronicle while the matter is being reviewed, to the extent permitted by law.
